How great would it be to be able to attract people into your business that wanted to succeed just as much as you do.

What I’m going to do is show you 3 effective ways for you to attract and sponsor more of the right kind of quality people into your business.

Number one is to be a Leader.

Sponsoring more people into your internet business shouldn’t be a pain, right? You shouldn’t have to twist someone’s arm, or call them over and over. Doing that normally ruins relationships and make you look desperate.

When you demonstrate leadership the right way, people will follow you wherever you take them.
This is why when you twist someone’s arm, or pester them into joining your business, you’re losing the battle of demonstrating leadership.

It’s extremely important that you’re confident and willing to lead. This creates a magnetic attraction. You’ll attract and sponsor more people as a leader, not as a beggar.

And when you have the tools like we have in our marketing systems, like capture pages, autoresponders, advertising resources, and lead management systems, you are in a win-win situation.

Number two is to sell the products.

A commonly misguided myth for growing a business is to bring people into your business based on the opportunity, which is great for some members. But I think it’s much better if you find people who really love your products or service. When you have products with exceptional value, you’ll find yourself attracting dozens of people.

When that happens you’re able to retain your down lines, since they’ve joined or paid for something they’ve received, and found to have a big advantage, not just a promise.

Many times, we add people into our down lines based on the opportunity alone only to see that they’re not using the products, and then find them giving the excuse that they’re not really interested in building a business.

Then, after a month or two of them not making any money, they’re gone. So, this is why I’m saying it’s much better to sell the benefits of the system and its products.

What happens next is that they start telling their friends etc… and now your business grows. If they only refer one person a month and help that person get one a month, then this is all we ever wanted, correct?

Number three is sifting and sorting.

Another great sponsoring tip is to sift and sort, not sell. This is a great way to build a strong foundation. What I mean is instead of trying to sell everyone your products, just sort through your prospects and find the people who need your products and want to join you in your success.

When you’re able to qualify your prospects, you’ll notice that the people you do qualify and add to your business are just like you.

Your leadership qualities will make you different in some ways, but overall, your whole team is working for basically the same goals. This will allow your team to attract and sponsor dozens of people into your business who are just like you.

Use these leadership tips to attract the right people and to grow your business. And by doing so, you’ll not only grow your business, but you’ll attract the type of  people that will make a solid organization for years to come.

So to summarize what I’m saying:

Make leadership a priority in your business building for a much better quality network of people, the ones that are willing to work at it like you are and not the deadbeats that expect you to do it all for them.
